Job Summary
Product Manager to own early customer programs, lead field trials and serve as the bridge between external users and internal engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing early customer relationships from onboarding to post-trial feedback, leading hands-on product demonstrations and field trials for PNT services (travel up to 20%), acting as the chief customer advocate, shaping the product narrative with marketing/BD, and gathering intelligence to inform the roadmap for Pulsar-enabled GNSS technologies. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong GNSS knowledge, bilingual English/French, and ability to operate in a startup-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management or engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, tech or telecommunications, involving hands-on GNSS work
- Technically fluent, with a strong understanding of GNSS, satellite navigation, and PNT technologies
- Previous hands-on experience with receiver hardware, corrections services, navigation sensors, GIS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate unstructured environments and make decisions with incomplete information
- Demonstrated ability to empathize and build strong relationships with customers & end users
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rally support around product initiatives across the organization
- Fluent in English and French, with the ability to support both local and global partners
