Job Summary
Product Manager x2 roles focused on Reverse Logistics and Wireless Tech (Mobile Phone Activations) in Canada. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase experiences)
- Hands-on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return-to-vendor, write-offs/disposition, shipping) and how these connect across systems and operations
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through well-shaped roadmaps, backlogs, and clear outcome measures
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams, translate needs into product requirements, and make effective trade-offs across scope, timeline, and value
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer-facing ecosystems, ideally within telecom, retail, or transactional platforms
- Experience with telecom activation workflows, including plan selection, provisioning, and real-time transaction processing across multiple carrier partners
- Hands-on experience designing customer and front-line associate experiences, balancing self-serve capabilities with assisted selling in high-volume environments
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data (PII), with a strong understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong operational mindset, with familiarity in piloting & iterations for front-line associates
