Job Summary
Collaborate with factories, manufacturers, and IP holders to oversee product development and release cycles for audio/video solutions across hospitality, education, corporate, government, and residential markets. Conduct market research on trends and competitors to inform quarterly reports, while performing technical analysis and testing of samples to ensure viability. Formalize product documentation, including requirement specifications, manuals, and marketing materials, and engage with vendors to solve technical problems. Visit suppliers semi-annually to build relationships and attend trade show planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of experience in professional audio/video, and expertise in HDMI and HDBaseT technologies.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5-years' experience in relevant job position
- Well verse in Professional Audio Video verticals
- Full understanding of technologies including HDMI, HDBaseT, Unified Communications
- Strong social and writing skills
- A vision for providing creative and innovative solutions in target markets
