Job Summary
Product Manager/Owner for data-driven marketing solutions within WPP Open, responsible for translating user needs and data insights into clear product requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and collaborating with engineering, data science, and UX teams. You will define, document, and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support agile ceremonies; conduct competitive market research; leverage SQL to analyze product performance and generate actionable insights; track KPIs; ensure data quality; and communicate updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders. A hybrid work model is adopted with teams in London, balancing in-office collaboration four days per week with flexibility. A Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience are required, with proficiency in SQL and a strong foundation in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics)
- 0-2 years of experience in product, business analyst, data analyst, or similar role with exposure to software development
- Proficiency in SQL is essential, with the ability to write complex queries
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to define and document clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
