Job Summary
Product Manager to lead the evolution of Workflow orchestration capabilities within the Mendix platform. Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes, delivering agentic enterprise orchestration capabilities and ensuring Maia AI offers the best orchestration generation. Lead the product journey from ideation through launch, collaborating with stakeholders to shape BPMN-compatible workflows and microflows. Drive product-market fit, manage roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and customer success to enable successful adoption across enterprise customers. Requires 5+ years of PM experience, expertise in workflow automation or low-code/no-code platforms, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferred is experience with generative AI and familiarity with Mendix or similar ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for platforms, frameworks, or developer experiences
- Strong understanding of business process orchestration, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code development platforms
- Demonstrated success innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product strategy
