Job Summary
Product Manager, Workflow Automation role focused on understanding NBCU Ad Sales processes and reimagining how they operate through automation and AI. Lead cross-team automation roadmaps, define requirements with Sales/Strategy/Ad Operations/Insights/Product/Data, manage an intake and prioritization process, drive integrations and AI-enabled solutions, and partner with vendors. Responsibilities include expert understanding of end-to-end ad sales workflows, reducing friction in how transactions and communications occur, ensuring automated workflows integrate across the ecosystem, and enabling change management with training and rollout planning. The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of automation initiatives, and delivering measurable efficiency gains across teams. Preferred familiarity with NBCU portfolio, ad tech, streaming advertising mechanics, and low-code/no-code/AI-enabled tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management within the advertising, streaming, or data-driven media ecosystem, ad tech, or AI space, with exposure to automation-driven solutions
- Experience owning product workflows in cross-functional environments, including defining and delivering system-to-system integrations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business, product and technical teams
- Impact driven, with a focus on delivering measurable efficiency gains and scaling solutions across teams
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholder teams to deliver advertising or media products
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements
- Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and own workstreams in ambiguous or fast-moving areas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including intake management, prioritization and roadmap tracking
- Comfort working with technical concepts (e.g. APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, metadata systems, agile development practices)
- Proficiency in Excel and JIRA, with knowledge of AI tools to support workflow analysis, documentation, and productivity
