Job Summary
Product Manager for Watermark’s SaaS portfolio leading one product/module; define a strategy aligned to portfolio vision, own the backlog, and drive growth by collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts. Responsibilities include researching market trends, developing prioritised roadmaps, shaping requirements, building business cases, ensuring compliance and security considerations, evaluating AI-driven capabilities, guiding go-to-market planning, making build-vs-partner recommendations, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The role emphasizes user-centered, iterative delivery, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years in SaaS product management or a closely related role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and product life cycle
- Proficiency in business analysis, use case documentation, and requirements gathering
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and evaluating AI-powered product opportunities
