Job Summary
Product Manager leads one Watermark product/module, defining a clear product strategy tied to the portfolio vision and driving sustained product growth and success. They own delivery, unblock the team, ensure quality, and drive outcomes; collaborate with designers, engineers, and subject matter experts; apply user-centered design and iterative delivery; develop business cases and roadmap; shape requirements with cross-functional teams; ensure legal, security, privacy, and compliance considerations; manage backlog and evaluate AI-driven capabilities; contribute to go-to-market planning; guide build-vs-partner decisions; maintain client relationships; track key product metrics; and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in SaaS product management or a closely related role
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and iterative delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in business analysis, use case documentation, and requirements gathering
- Demonstrated ability to elicit cooperation across functions, including leadership, clients, and peer teams
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the ability to evaluate AI-powered product opportunities
- Basic technical literacy, including comfort reviewing code, technical designs, and AI-generated outputs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent context switching
- Experience working with cross-functional groups across multiple geographies
