Job Summary
Partner with account managers to drive sales, execute tailored strategies, and achieve revenue targets for the Allied (Non-Mobile) product line. Act as the product expert champion for warehouse solutions and racking systems, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet. Lead product-related projects from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment. Conduct joint customer visits, proposal development, and product demonstrations while providing ongoing training to internal teams and external customers. Serve as a liaison to relay market feedback, analyze sales trends, and monitor competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies. Requires approximately 75% travel to support regional growth initiatives and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or a technical role within the industrial or allied (non-mobile) equipment space
- Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (approximately 75% travel)
- Working knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems

- Technical background or ability to quickly learn complex product specifications
