Job Summary
Product Manager focused on marketing activities for sourced packaging and supplies, serving as a communications bridge between Volm's sales team and corporate purchasing. Responsibilities include identifying innovative product ideas, developing product specifications and training materials for sales professionals, coordinating go-to-market strategies with marketing leadership, conducting market analysis and market pricing reports, and traveling to customer locations to support product specifications and identify sales opportunities. Requires strong communication, collaboration across functions, proficiency with Excel/ERP/CRM systems, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining product detail accuracy and participating in the development and delivery of annual consumable sales budgets, with an emphasis on translating customer feedback into actionable insights and supporting sales team knowledge about the packaging portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the packaging or fresh produce industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
