Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Voice of Employee Center of Excellence focusing on building an end-to-end VoE capability that connects disparate teams and vendors to gather, analyze, and action employee feedback. Own the product roadmap for agentic survey building, distribution, summarization, and actioning; define data governance standards; drive adoption through listening posts across key employee platforms (qualtrics) and cross-functional collaboration; establish repeatable models for combining signals across platforms into cohesive analytics; manage vendor deliveries and ensure timely capability improvements; collaborate with research, data science, and engineering teams to expand feedback analysis across employee products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience
- experience launching internal platforms or enterprise tooling in a large, matrixed organization
- ability to influence cross-functional teams
- excellent outreach and executive presentation skills
- familiarity with VoE/VoC or CX feedback programs
- familiarity with Qualtrics, Databricks, ServiceNow/MoveWorks
- experience managing enterprise vendor relationships
- experience with AI product fluency and agentic/AI-assisted capabilities
- data architecture fluency with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Databricks) and governance for end-to-end data flows
