Product Manager

Product Manager for Visa Direct’s Currencycloud product focused on end-to-end ownership of features and roadmap. Responsibilities include crafting strategy and backlog, leading discovery with clients, working with engineering and cross-functional teams, defining requirements, prioritising delivery, and driving adoption and GTM plans across regions. Role emphasizes discovery, market/ customer research, data-driven decision making, and measurable impact post-launch. Hybrid role based in the London Paddington office with three in-office days per week (Tuesdays–Thursdays). Preferred background includes 3-4 years in a Product Owner/Product Manager role, software/fintech experience, agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Strong bias to action, stakeholder management, and clear communication are valued.
