Job Summary
Product Manager in Business Banking at VP level responsible for shaping product strategy, leading end-to-end lifecycle, acting as voice of the customer, prioritizing AI opportunities, maintaining a prioritized backlog, tracking key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability), and ensuring governance and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality products. Requires strong communication, data analytics, and hands-on experience deploying Data Science and ML capabilities in production at scale; ability to drive discovery, ideation, and strategic development with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to work on tasks and projects through completion with limited supervision. Passion for detail and follow through
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with technical and business audiences
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Data Science and ML capabilities in production at scale
