Job Summary
Product Manager, VP Deposits 2.0 leads end-to-end product lifecycle for modernized deposits offerings, driving strategy, backlog ownership, activation, and cross-functional execution. Owns discovery, market research, activation funnel, onboarding flows, and success metrics (cost, features, reliability), while collaborating with Design and Engineering to deliver scalable, customer-valued products and top-tier client experiences. Requires 5+ years in product management, strong analytics (SQL and experimentation), and demonstrated leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Product Marketing to deliver measurable activation and retention improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Hands-on familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle messaging platforms; ability to define event schemas and measurement plans
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Product Marketing in a matrixed environment
