Job Summary
Lead product strategy and roadmap for AdTech and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions within Global Private Bank; own backlog and drive discovery, market research, and value delivery; collaborate with marketing, data, engineering, and external vendors to enable seamless digital marketing, data integration, and personalized client experiences; ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across initiatives; articulate audience creation and lookalike activation for first- and third-party data; develop engagement frameworks across multiple digital channels; leverage expertise in ad technology, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product launches.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful AdTech and/or CDP products and managing MarTech solutions
- Strong understanding of B2C financial services sales processes, customer journey mapping, and lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, data management, and personalization strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
