Product Manager, Vice President - Applicant Security

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Applicant Security leads strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of capabilities to detect, deter, and respond to threats (e.g., identity fraud, resume fraud, bot activity) as part of the Talent Acquisition product team. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborate with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, legal, HR, and third-party vendors to define outcomes, and drive solutions that scale across the enterprise. Responsibilities include shaping product strategy, gathering requirements, leading discovery, writing PRDs, creating Jira epics/stories, prioritizing backlog, managing releases, and ensuring data privacy and compliance across integrations. You will define metrics (OKRs) to measure impact, communicate progress to stakeholders including senior leadership, and evaluate/onsite third-party vendors while balancing risk reduction with candidate experience. Preferred qualifications include AI/ML experience, cloud platforms (AWS), SaaS/vendor solutions, and MBA or advanced degree.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent expertise) in identity, fraud, cybersecurity, risk, trust & safety, or regulated workflows
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of APIs, batch, data stream, etc. to design and implement seamless integration with third-party platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple goals simultaneously
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience working with sensitive data and privacy/compliance obligations
