Job Summary
Define and prioritize product requirements, manage the backlog, and translate vision into actionable user stories. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather feedback, update progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups to make scope decisions that align with strategic goals. Serve as the voice of the customer and business throughout the development process.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Approximately 10-15% travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Background in software development, UX, or QA
- Experience working in B2B software environments or the automotive industry
- Experience using AI to build tools, prototypes, or automations that save time and can be shared across a team
