Job Summary
Product Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia responsible for developing and managing marketing programs to ensure successful introduction and commercialization of Baxter portfolios. Lead development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans; manage distributors to execute plans within operating expense targets; identify and develop key accounts to support market expansion; provide account-level support with sales aids and medical publications; ensure operational excellence across leads, order/inventory management, customer satisfaction, and complaint handling; prepare materials for brochures, sales presentations, data analysis and forecasting; analyze competitive environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Legal) to shape balanced strategies; build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive market development opportunities; work with internal and external parties for flawless marketing execution and portfolio growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent
- MBA desirable
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of consistency in performance within the sales or marketing function
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get results
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Motivation to drive for results
