Job Summary
Provide applications support to customers and channel representatives for assigned valves, actuation, and controls products. Conduct failure evaluations, coordinate technical returns globally, and deliver field support and product training to inside sales, service centers, and distributors. Configure products and create BOMs using ATON/Epic/M3, design modified offerings for customer needs, and generate manufacturing work instructions and test procedures. Support global sales using Tacton/CPP systems and input technical requirements regarding certifications and hazardous locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 2-5 years of related experience. 35% travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education with relevant industry experience)
- strong preference for Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a related engineering field
- Aptitude to rapidly grasp technical knowledge of assigned product
- Ability to troubleshoot products and perform failure analysis
- Up to 35% Travel is required, at times on short notice
- Background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen
