Job Summary
Product Manager to translate ABS market requirements into specifications for Valitana’s Structured Finance Analytics product; own product strategy for ABS analytics, author detailed business and functional specs, manage the product backlog and user stories, and serve as the primary contact for technology teams and client-facing stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Client Services, Project, and Development to align market intelligence with strategic initiatives. 3-5+ years in SaaS/data/analytics product management, knowledge of structured finance (ABS), familiarity with tools like Intex, agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently; office presence Monday–Wednesday with remote option Thursday–Friday.”,
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management
- Working knowledge of the structured finance market with exposure to ABS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, engineering, or information systems
- Familiarity with Intex or similar data and analytics tools
- Direct experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication (written & oral)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience at a structured finance data vendor, software provider, or financial services consulting firm in a B2B environment is a strong plus
- Ability to write queries in SQL or similar languages is a plus
