Job Summary
Product Manager, Vaccines—a hybrid role based in Mississauga with 2–3 days in the office weekly—will lead development and execution of strategic vaccine brand plans, drive omnichannel marketing initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally withSales, Medical, Operations and Market Access to deliver strong commercial performance. Responsibilities include developing and delivering omnichannel promotional tactics, ensuring alignment on brand positioning and messaging, measuring/tuning tactics for ROI, managing the promotional budget, analyzing market dynamics, and partnering with global colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in science/health sciences/business, 2+ years pharma sales and marketing experience, and 3–5 years overall commercial experience; strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; experience with regulatory/compliance and vendor management; willingness to work in a matrixed environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, health sciences, or business
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- 3–5 years of overall commercial experience
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
