Job Summary
Product Manager, Accounts Lifecycle owns the end-to-end merchant journey from sign-up and onboarding (Activation) through ongoing engagement and retention, balancing a world-class Merchant Experience with strict Compliance and Risk requirements (KYC/AML). Partners with Risk, Compliance, and multiple product teams to translate market trends into a prioritized lifecycle roadmap, define PRDs and user stories, manage a dynamic backlog, and ensure alignment across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a seamless onboarding and activation experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Management focusing on customer/merchant lifecycle, growth, or product-led growth (PLG) in FinTech, Payments, or high-compliance industries
- Technical expertise to understand technical architecture and integration points for engineering discussions
- Strong organizational skills to navigate conflicting priorities from stakeholders (business goals vs. risk constraints)
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive outcomes across large, interdependent teams
