Product Manager (US)

Own the future direction of the ERP platform, including product vision, priorities, and long-term evolution. Assess opportunities to modernize the current system by evaluating rebuild versus enhancement paths and identifying where AI-enabled capabilities could improve workflows. Act as the primary product contact for customers, leading conversations to understand needs, pain points, and future requirements while translating feedback into clear product requirements. Build and maintain a roadmap grounded in customer needs and business impact, making clear decisions about what should be built, improved, delayed, or removed. Set priorities and provide clear direction to the engineering team, guiding projects from discovery through launch while keeping delivery focused on deadlines and measurable outcomes. Resolve questions and roadblocks while keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring product changes are introduced without disrupting existing customers.
