Product Manager (US Loans)

Product Manager for US Loans at Lendable with responsibility for owning multiple product areas to support expansion in the US Personal Loans product, including defining strategy, shipping features, and driving end-to-end outcomes. You’ll work with data science to productionize proprietary credit models, design automations to boost operations efficiency, leverage data to identify high-impact initiatives, explore AI/LLM-enabled customer service improvements, conduct A/B tests across the application-to-servicing journey, and lead cross-functional teams to improve post-origination experiences and credit quality. The role reports to the Head of Product, collaborates with engineers (London/Europe and Arlington, VA), data science, credit risk, growth, and operations, and centers on building AI-forward lending tools, with a focus on speed, impact, and scaling within a profitable fintech context.
