Job Summary
Product Manager for Content as a Service platform across Sanoma Learning’s European footprint. Owns end-to-end product delivery including discovery, prioritization, release planning, and post-launch optimization; collaborates across engineering, data science, legal, content, and country teams; enables scalable access to content and educational metadata; drives data-informed decisions through analytics, experiments, and user research; champions API-driven, high-performance services and AI-enabled content enrichment to support downstream product teams and customer-facing products across multiple markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or comparable role
- Experience delivering platform capabilities or shared services
- Excellent communication in English
- Bonus: API/content platform/data pipelines/microservices
- Experience with semantic metadata/taxonomy in learning content models
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs or AI-based content enrichment
- Experience in EdTech or enterprise-scale digital ecosystems
- Interest or experience with AI-driven solutions and data-enabled products
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong product judgment and data-driven decision making
