Product Manager – UC,CX & Contact Centre

Job Summary
Develop and evolve the UC, CX, and Contact Centre portfolio by creating and managing product roadmaps, inputting into cost models and pricing tools, and identifying new product capabilities. Lead virtual teams to deliver products while maintaining aligned vendor relationships through monthly meetings, sales tracking, and business plan creation. Support the sales community by providing assistance across all channels and ensuring products contribute to in-year growth targets. Collaborate with senior product managers, operations, and partners to implement lifecycle management best practices and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Liaise with manufacturers for technical updates and support technology propositions across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in virtual geographically disperse teams
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and diligence
- Excellent oral and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a message to a mixed audience, from managerial/strategic personnel to technical personnel
- Some experience in product lifecycle management
- Be technically and commercially aware of the market and have a full understanding of the technical, business and commercial propositions on offer
- A good knowledge of Microsoft tools to create associated collateral for the support of both new product release and in life product updates
- Knowledge of Sales/Operational processes and their interaction with the Project Delivery Teams
- Good project management skills
Desired Qualifications
