Job Summary
Arcesium seeks a Product Manager to support the execution and evolution of the UBOR product, a key component of their SaaS platform. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the product roadmap aligns with client needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include translating product vision into specifications, balancing customer requests with long-term goals, and rapidly prototyping workflows using AI tools. Candidates should have 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS for financial services, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS platforms serving asset managers or related financial services sectors
- Experience building or supporting financial technology products
- Foundational domain knowledge in hedge funds, private credit, private equity, institutional asset management, or related sectors
- Hands-on experience with investment accounting (IBOR or ABOR preferred)
- Demonstrated experience across the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, planning, delivery support, and post-release feedback
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to build functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts
- Comfort with lightweight scripting, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools to independently prototype workflows and validate ideas
