Job Summary
Product Manager for TSX Trust Transfer Agency Services (12-month Contract) responsible for shaping and delivering new and renovated products from ideation through launch. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product features with long-term goals, develops roadmaps and requirements documents/user stories, analyzes market trends and client needs to identify new offerings and revenue streams, and supports onboarding, billing, vendor revenue sharing, and client training. Plays a key role in marketing current products to issuers and planning education events, while ensuring an intuitive user experience for external clients and internal staff across Transfer Agent products.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
- Advanced analytical and technical expertise (particularly for web systems)
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with capital markets, financial industry ecosystem and relevant stakeholders
