Job Summary
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to optimize sales and market share while championing annual brand planning. Analyze business trends and corporate strategy to drive change by challenging the status quo and bridging identified gaps. Lead cross-functional teams and partners to support integrated business strategies, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key thought leaders. Collaborate with medical teams to align on Life Cycle Planning and deliver specific programs, while working with access teams to ensure favorable pricing and reimbursement situations. Train and develop sales force, Key Account Managers, and Contract Sales Organizations teams as appropriate.
