Job Summary
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and service products across visa processing, identity verification, and travel solutions. Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, leading development of e-visa portals, appointment systems, and biometric identity platforms. Collaborate with government entities, technology partners, and engineering teams using Agile methodologies to deliver user-friendly experiences for pilgrims, tourists, and business travelers. Track key metrics such as application completion rates and processing times to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 12-15 years of overall experience in product management, digital product development, or related fields
- minimum of 5 years in a senior product management role
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or Productboard
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design processes
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi and regional market
- Experience in both B2C and B2B product management
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA or Masters degree in a relevant discipline
