Job Summary
Product Manager for the Odyssey Light Splits portfolio, responsible for defining the growth strategy and driving cross-functional execution. Lead the growth opportunity assessment, set prioritization criteria, and ensure business-model discipline (financial management, risk management, ROI, industry metrics) across projects related to Operations, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, and Finance. Own monthly product-level demand forecasts and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan. Ensure standard work practices (A3, Monthly Line Review, inline management) and track metrics such as organic growth revenue, EBITDA margins, market share, and price realization. Travel 20-30%. Location options include Davidson, NC; Waco, TX; St Paul, MN; and Clarksville, TN with on-site Mondays-Thursday and flexible location choice Fridays. Qualifications include 3+ years in product management/marketing (or 5+ years in related field), Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), technical background, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager with increasing levels of complexity and strategic focus or 5+ years of experience in related field
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with experience in sales, marketing, engineering or finance preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong program management, analysis, problem resolution, teambuilding, judgment and decision-making skills
- Should have a proven track record of innovative solutions and thinking
- Must be able to travel 20%-30% of the time
