Job Summary
Partner with Technology and Business groups to create innovative solutions that modernize the technology platform and drive operational efficiencies in the Loan Trading space. Manage external vendor relationships to define roadmaps and enhancements supporting JPMorgan's businesses. Own technology product management including design, requirements writing, sprint planning, and testing while coordinating release planning and prioritization for multiple loan trading applications. Drive project management functions by maintaining clear project plans, ensuring timely milestone completion, and leading stakeholder meetings across Sales, Operations, and Risk. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of loan trading or project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of relevant Loan Trading /Project Management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively to define and execute new products and solutions to support client needs and address new business opportunities
- Detail-oriented approach and excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with a control mindset
- Takes ownership and is accountable for issues/risks and appropriate remediation
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of loan processes and systems (LoanIQ, ACBS, or S&P Platforms)
