Job Summary
Product Manager for Trading leads performance, scalability, and high-quality digital experiences of Equiti's trading platforms across mobile and web. Owns backlog, defines epics and user stories, prioritizes performance and infrastructure improvements, and collaborates with engineering, design, and trading teams. Responsible for tracking platform metrics (latency, stability, load times, uptime), roadmapping, release planning, UAT, and post-release monitoring. Works with trading operations, client support, and commercial teams to ensure platform quality and accessibility across devices. Stays aligned with industry trends and competitor advances to keep platforms at the forefront; emphasizes client-centric design and accessibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management or a closely related role
- proven track record delivering high-performance mobile and web platforms at scale
- experience working with engineering teams to improve platform performance, reduce latency, and scale systems under high load
- experience defining and owning performance-related KPIs and using data to drive engineering prioritization
- experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and user research
- experience with third-party integrations including CRMs, KYC, payment/funding systems, and data analytics platforms
- knowledge of trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a strong advantage
