Job Summary
Shape the roadmap for platform trading and risk management features by validating hypotheses, understanding trader needs, and making data-informed decisions. Own day-to-day product operations including writing detailed specs, managing Jira ticketing, and defining user stories. Translate strategy into actionable plans to drive execution alongside engineering and design while leveraging AI to improve efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with broader business goals and ensure a seamless end-to-end platform experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of track record in managing and launching SaaS or fintech products
- Hands-on experience with product discovery
- Ability to build strong relationships across engineering, design, and business teams
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and navigating system architectures

- Personal trading experience
- Strong drive and curiosity to master the world of trading, risk management, and financial markets
