Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for planning and executing product lifecycle across one or more products, including defining product vision, developing roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include working with developers and designers to deliver a compelling product, guiding the project team during development, driving continual product improvements based on customer research and usability studies, prioritizing product backlog based on business impact and effort, developing vision and roadmaps, and assisting in budgeting and business-case preparation. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 2-4 years in product management/engineering/marketing, technical background with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and produce functional documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related discipline
- 2-4 years in Product Management, Engineering or Product Marketing
- Technical background with knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use sound judgment
- Well organized and able to handle competing priorities
- Proficient at technical business writing (functional requirement specs, workflows, use-cases)
