Job Summary
Develop, execute, and manage product strategy and roadmaps for assigned categories within the myQ residential portfolio, leading launches from concept through commercialization. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that enhance user experience. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience to develop go-to-market plans for e-commerce and retail channels, including pricing, packaging, and promotional strategy. Manage financial performance through revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives, using data-driven KPIs to track success and guide continuous improvement. Act as a Product Owner in Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning and backlog prioritization. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to communicate product vision and gather market insights, ensuring compliance with quality and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Marketing
- Experience involving development, execution, and management of consumer or electromechanical products
- Proficiency in Product lifecycle management for consumer electronic or electromechanical devices
- Proficiency in Defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for retail and e-commerce channels
- Proficiency in Data driven analysis
- Proficiency in Working in cross-functional environments involving Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Proficiency in Performing data-driven analysis to support product decisions, pricing, and profitability
- Proficiency in Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, feature definitions, and documentation
- Proficiency in Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in product development cycles
- Proficiency in Developing business cases, financial models, and KPI tracking for product performance
- Travel required up to 25% (domestic and international) of the year
