Job Summary
Product Manager- Technical II responsible for defining and delivering solutions that support Mastercard's core transaction processing systems; partner with customers, stakeholders, and engineering to translate needs into clear requirements; manage end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, design, Agile delivery, testing, implementation, and post-production monitoring; drive cross-functional alignment, maintain documentation, monitor product performance, and propose process improvements to strengthen Mastercard's core transaction capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience in Product Management/Technical Product Management/related disciplines
- Experience gathering and managing business, functional, and technical requirements
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
- Experience collaborating with architects and engineers on solution design
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skills
