Job Summary
Product Manager for TeamViewer ONE responsible for planning and executing the roadmap of a next-generation digital workplace platform. Own end-to-end feature ownership from ideation through delivery, drive user advocacy through IT managers, admins, and MSPs, validate features via user interviews, prototypes, and data analysis, contribute to the roadmap, and collaborate daily with engineering, design/UX, and marketing to deliver high-quality solutions. Leverage telemetry and KPIs to iterate, maintain product quality across the software development lifecycle, and excel in cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid/flexible work environment. Requires a university degree in a related field and 3–5 years of PM experience in a B2B SaaS context, with familiarity in endpoint management, IT operations software, APIs/integrations/security discussions (SSO, RBAC), agile/lean methods, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and exposure to automation or AI/ML insights.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with endpoint management, remote support, or IT operations software
- Comfortable using telemetry and data dashboards to inform product decisions
- Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, integrations, and security (SSO, RBAC)
- Practical experience in agile or lean product development
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Exposure to automation, orchestration, policy engines or AI/ML-driven insights
- Prior experience working with MSPs or in IT operations
