Job Summary
Product Segment Manager for Tire industry with full ownership of pricing, positioning, and performance for a defined product segment. Develop profitable pricing strategies, identify market or portfolio gaps to support business growth, analyze sales and product data using ERP systems, and collaborate across departments to execute product and pricing initiatives. Create stock-clearing promotions, assess competitive trends, and ensure internal alignment with warranty, seasonal, and discount strategies. KPIs include pricing effectiveness, margin improvement, product performance, and promotional impact. Requires 3+ years in related roles and strong Excel/data-analysis skills; experience in tire industry preferred. Location is remote in Canada with occasional travel; reports to Segment Manager and involves cross-functional coordination to drive data-driven decisions and optimize profitability.
