Job Summary
Product Manager needed to guide Pike13 product development from concept through launch and iteration, partnering with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused software. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and requirements, conducting market and competitor analysis, prioritizing release plans, driving agile execution, delivering product demos, gathering stakeholder feedback, translating business needs into technical specifications, developing release notes, and enabling AI-driven enhancements. Will engage in user and market research, rapid prototyping, and usability sessions, with occasional on-site client visits. Requires hands-on PM experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, experience with AI tools to inform product decisions, and the ability to manage complex projects and ensure regulatory and data privacy considerations are addressed. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a track record of shipping software products are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive Product Management or Technical Product Management experience
- Experience shipping quality software products that are measurable and sustainable
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to support product discovery, delivery, analytics, and to enhance workflows
- Knowledge of software development processes and ability to break large projects into smaller items for iterative delivery
- Proven experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with executives, customers, and development teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Attention to detail in requirements gathering, backlog management, and documentation
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and experiences
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
