Job Summary
Own or co-own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of talent systems, balancing priorities across vendor-managed platforms and homegrown tools. Deeply understand the needs of stakeholders through research, data analysis, and close partnership to translate complex business problems into intuitive, user-focused product experiences. Build a working understanding of how Talent data flows across systems to support automated, AI-driven talent ecosystems. Prioritize competing demands using a clear strategic framework while partnering with engineering, design, and third-party vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and at scale. Monitor product performance, adoption, and satisfaction using data to continuously improve and lead product discussions with senior leaders to influence strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Strong track record in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology
- Experience spanning multiple systems or product lines
- Deep appreciation for the complexity and nuance of the talent domain
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR/Talent data flows
- Comfortable operating across a portfolio of first-party and third-party applications
- Experience with GenAI
- Ability to operate strategically, envisioning scalable solutions
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a decentralized, fast-paced environment
- Empathy for internal users and ability to turn business needs into delightful product experiences
- Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
