Job Summary
Primary point of contact for all engineering aspects of the product and responsible for understanding the big picture and inter-relationships across disciplines. Communicates with technical personnel across electrical, mechanical, and systems domains to evaluate information and issues affecting design, production, and deliverables. Collaborates with Chief Engineers, system architects, and other product managers to coordinate with program management and engineering teams to develop execution plans and release schedules; develop and refine the Statement of Work (SOW) and estimates to meet customer requirements; track progress and provide guidance for adjustments. Works with supplier management to monitor performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops mitigation or execution plans to ensure the product is complete prior to customer delivery. Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or recently active) and may involve Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Engineering experience including one or more of: systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, project engineering
- Experience with: Engineering Project Management, Project Planning, Leading Agile Teams, Product Development, Earned Value Management
- In USA, ABET accreditation is preferred but not required

- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or active within past 24 months)
- Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory
