Job Summary
Product Manager role developing and executing strategic plans for assigned product lines, collaborating across the organization to manage product portfolio, pricing, and promotional activities; leading product segmentation and roadmaps; establishing growth and profitability objectives; guiding cross-functional teams to identify opportunities; leveraging analytics and market intelligence for decisions on new product assessments, pricing, availability, and changes; shaping pricing strategy and models, coordinating product and marketing assessments; acting as product line SME for sales support and communications; developing training for sales/service teams; travel 10-20% international; requires BS/BA in Business/Marketing/Technical Field with 5+ years in B2B marketing/product management; MBA recommended; strong synthesis, communication, and matrix leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or Technical Field
- Experience: minimum five (5) years’ experience with increasing responsibility in B2B marketing and product management or technical related area
- MBA recommended
- Familiarity with industrial product markets and distribution sales model is preferred
