Job Summary

Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and iteration. Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize work based on customer value and business impact. Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products while gathering market insights through direct customer engagement. Lead feature launches, including rollout planning and post-launch analysis, using data to inform decisions and measure success. Evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscapes to shape strategy. Depending on experience, own a scoped product area or lead a broader domain such as federal and defense customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Product Manager: 2–4 years
  • Senior Product Manager: 5+ years with demonstrated ownership of product areas or domains
  • Experience working in a venture-backed or high-growth startup environment
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog and translate business needs into clear product requirements
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to self-manage, operate with autonomy, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with a strong strategic mindset—comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and execution
  • Passion for building products that deliver meaningful customer and user value

  • Experience in eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics
  • Experience working with or selling into federal or defense customers
