Job Summary
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer needs and defining solutions to delivering impactful features at scale. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, translating ambiguous opportunities into clear strategies, actionable initiatives, and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operational teams to execute launches while leveraging data, AI, and automation to accelerate delivery speed and quality. Build customer-centric products by deeply understanding user behavior, gathering feedback, and turning insights into improvements. Use data confidently to define success metrics, monitor adoption, and identify growth opportunities. Manage stakeholder communication effectively as the key point of alignment between product, business, and technology teams. Based in Tehran, this role requires +3 years of experience owning products end-to-end, with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines)
- Based in Tehran and able to work with the team locally
- +3 years of proven experience in Product Management or a related product role
- Strong track record of owning products/features end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve product processes, decision-making, and execution speed
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to define priorities, measure impact, and make informed product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
