Job Summary
Product Manager for Future Group's superannuation suite, focusing on both product maintenance and evolution with an emphasis on insurance. Drive insurer relationships, improve product disclosures (PDSs, TMDs, insurance guides), and lead complex product change initiatives from concept through implementation. Collaborate across product management, disclosure, operations, risk and compliance; analyze product and market data; support APRA reporting; provide technical guidance; and contribute to member communications and documentation. No formal degree required; 4–6 years in superannuation product management and a passion for moving Australia’s money toward renewable energy are valued. Remote-friendly within Australia with options to work from home or coworking spaces; opportunity for flexible work arrangements across Australia and overseas for short periods.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years experience in superannuation product management or closely related role
- Strong working knowledge of superannuation group insurance, policy structures, insurer relationships, pricing and insurance-related product documentation
- Experience with product disclosure documents such as PDSs, TMDs and insurance guides
- Project/change management experience with stakeholder coordination and delivery
