Job Summary

Lead assigned products through the full lifecycle, including planning, development support, launch execution, in-market management, and end-of-life actions. Support product line and portfolio planning by identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness, strengthen assortment, and address customer and end-user needs. Gather and apply market, customer, end-user, and competitive insights to inform product decisions, positioning, and portfolio recommendations. Partner with engineering, operations, quality, sourcing, sales, and marketing teams to help define requirements and deliver products that meet customer expectations and business objectives. Support new product development and commercialization efforts, helping ensure readiness across functions and alignment to timing, quality, and cost expectations. Monitor portfolio performance using sales, margin, market, and customer feedback data, and recommend actions to improve business results. Prepare clear recommendations, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and business reviews. Collaborate effectively with North America-based partners while working with global teams to support broader product and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Product Management experience or related field
  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting or managing products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle
  • Ability to interpret data, trends, and financial information to tell a story and drive business recommendations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in Towson and 2 days remote)
  • Travel up to 25%, as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Supporting consumer products, power tools, accessories, hardware, outdoor products, or other durable goods categories
  • Experience using PowerBI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill or Qlikeview
