Product Manager, Stablecoin Payments API

Job Summary
Own the core product for a Stablecoin Payments API, including API design, payment flows, wallet whitelisting, off-ramp UX, and edge cases; drive day-to-day execution with engineering, define flows, controls, and release readiness; translate complex regulatory frameworks (e.g., Travel Rule, AML) into actionable product requirements and sequence build accordingly; implement compliance controls across the product while minimizing user friction and maintaining a detailed product decision log; program-manage cross-functional partner delivery across engineering, compliance, legal, and external partners; lead end-to-end partner integrations from design through launch and iteration; own the developer experience for third-party platforms with API documentation, sandbox environments, and integration support; contribute to roadmap growth in a fast-evolving regulatory environment and explore AI-enabled product development and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience launching and scaling API, platform, fintech, or infrastructure products
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes amid changing priorities
- Strong product sense with user journey design, UX decision-making, and edge-case analysis
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, external partners)
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech infrastructure, or other regulated industries with understanding of regulatory and operational considerations
- Interest in stablecoins, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies with growth mindset and strategic thinking
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows and commitment to continuous innovation and operational excellence
