Job Summary
Jeeves’ Product Manager for Stablecoin & Digital Assets owns the stablecoin and digital asset strategy, defining rails, issuance and reserve models, and how they integrate into cross-border payments and treasury workflows. You will build institutional-grade infrastructure to simplify on/off-ramp flows, manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams, and design interoperable solutions across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN corridors. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, US licensing), embed risk and custody considerations, and facilitate partnerships with issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, and banking partners. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, API design familiarity, and cross-market product experiences, reporting to a leadership team from a Mexico City base with a flexible, remote-friendly setup.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails
- Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and how stablecoins interact with treasury flows and FX
- Strong understanding of fiat rails: ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI—and how reconciliation, settlement timing, and fiat conversions work alongside stablecoin flows
- Blockchain infrastructure literacy: EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody
- Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA, US state-by-state licensing
- Analytical rigor: comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and building data-driven business cases
- Exceptional communication: can write strategy memos and product specs that align cross-functional stakeholders
