Job Summary
Execute sourcing activities for new Rack parts, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), cost negotiation, and lead time assessment. Manage new vendor onboarding and create vendor codes to ensure supply readiness. Maintain L11 Rack component data and lifecycle management for assigned vendors, serving as the primary focal point for ASML project maintenance. Process Purchase Requisitions for 3rd party AOC and networking commodities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply schedules with project milestones. This role supports Supermicro's supply chain operations, requiring a BS/BA degree and 5+ years of experience in a related technical or business field.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 5 years of experience in a related technical or business field
- 3 years of experience in a target technical or business field
- Excellent knowledge of purchasing
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Demonstrated effective advanced computer skills
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making
